Technical Requirements
1. Appearance: lens circuit board without deformation, clean no dirt, no false welding, solder spot, bright, each mark symbol should be clearly visible, the focal length is clear.
2. Structure size: 38mm x 55mm.
2.1 The outline size of the circuit board should be less than 4mm in the 38mm × 55 mm surface.
2.2 PCB slot with aperture 3.0mm (four positioning holes).
2.3 The height of the lens from the front of the board is 21.6MM±0.2MM.
3. Environmental and electrical parameters.
3.1 Temperature:-20℃ ~ +60℃.
3.2 Operating voltage: 9-18V.
3.3 Working current: 65mA.
3.4 Video interface output impedance force should be 75Ω(1Vp-p, 75Ω).
3.5 Under the condition of illumination greater than 0.2LUX, the standard color card color should be resolved on the camera, and the color of the monitor image should be consistent with the color of the color card.
3.6 The horizontal resolution of the camera is 800TVL (collectively referred to in the market).
Test Methods
1. The detection camera should meet the requirements of Article 1.1;
2. Use vernier calipers to measure the shape of the camera, positioning hole, lens height and other, should meet the requirements in 1.2;1.2.1.
3. The camera is connected to the display module and the display for detection, and the image shall not be distorted and other image distortion;
4. When the camera is working, the oscilloscope is used to measure the video signal video output amplitude test: 0.8~1.2VP-P/75Ω;
5. Connect the cable between the camera and the display, place the standard color card 0.8 meters in front of the camera, and the image on the observation monitor should be consistent with the real scene.
6. High and low temperature test: the temperature is 60℃ for 12h, and the electric energy works normally. The temperature is negative 20℃ for 12h, and the electric test can work normally.
7. The camera lens uses 3.6mm Angle to test 58°, and there should be no dark Angle around the image.
8. Stability test, continuous aging for 24 hours, there should be no failure;
9. camera minimum illuminance test, camera minimum illuminance 0.01LUX.(no LED light).

3.2 24 color standard color card, gray comprehensive test chart.
3.3 Regulated power supply for display module camera, 14-inch color monitor.
