Technical Requirements

1.1 Appearance: lens circuit board without deformation, clean no dirt, no false welding, solder spot, bright, each mark symbol should be clearly visible;

1.2 Structure size: 32mm×32mm;

1.2.1 Circuit board dimensions should be 32mmX32mm surface device height should be less than 4mm.

1.2.2 Slot (four positioning holes) with a PCB aperture of 2.2mm×3.3mm;

1.2.3 The height of the lens from the front of the PCB is 21.1±0.2MM;

1.3 Environmental and electrical parameters;

1.3.1 Temperature: -20℃~ +60℃,

1.3.2 Working voltage: DC-12V;

1.3.3 Working current: ≤55mA;

1.3.4 Video interface output impedance force should be 75Ω(1Vp-p, 75Ω);

1.3.5 Under the condition of illumination greater than 0.2LUX, the standard color palette should be distinguished on the camera, and the color of the monitor image should be consistent with the color palette.

1.3.6 The horizontal resolution of the camera is 1000TVL (collectively referred to in the market).

Test Methods

2.1 The detection camera should meet the requirements of Article 1.1;

2.2 Use vernier calipers to measure the shape, positioning hole, lens height and others of the camera, which should meet the requirements of 1.2.1 in 1.2;

2.3 The camera is connected to the display module and the display for detection, and the image shall not be distorted and other image distortion;

2.4 When the camera is working, the oscilloscope is used to measure the video signal video output amplitude test: 0.8~1.2VP-P/75Ω;

2.5 Connect the cable between the camera and the display, place the standard color card 0.8 meters in front of the camera, and the image on the observation monitor should be consistent with the real scene;

2.6 High and low temperature test: the temperature is 60℃ for 12h, the power is added to work normally, the temperature is negative 20℃ for 12h, the power test can work normally;

2.7 Camera lens is selected 3.6mm horizontal Angle of view to test 70°, there should be no dark Angle around the image;

2.8 Stability test, continuous aging for 24 hours, there should be no failure;

2.9 camera minimum illuminance test, camera minimum illuminance 0.01LUX.(no LED light).
